New Balance Men's 5-Inch Tempo Running Short Review

I run one marathon and several half-marathons each year, so I put in a fair number of training miles. I've worn these shorts a half-dozen times on run distances ranging from 3 to 10 miles. They fit well (i.e., are accurately sized) and are the softest and most comfortable shorts I own. The two side pockets are large and sturdy. The fabrics (inner lining and outer shell) wick nicely. After 6 washings, no sign of wear. One of the best values I've found - priced 20 - 30% lower than comparable competitors. The missing star?
