Where To Buy Shock Doctor Men's Power Compression Short with Cup Pocket

I Tried to purchase this item but was berated, talked down to, demoralized, and ripped off. I bought this item and didnt recieve it in three weeks so I contacted the seller to ask where it was at. The Seller just so happened to be to owner of the company and he told me it was not his problem, that I was stealing from him and I need to stop asking about a product I had already purchased and which money had been taken from my account. So I waited one more week and emailed him again. The owner was even more rude and condecending. I asked for a refund or a new item and he told me that I was blackmailing him. I was simply asking for my money so I could purchase the product elsewhere. He got vicious and I stopped correspondence with him. I understand that he has no control over the mail, but the customer service he provided was beyond terrible. Its now been almost two months and I still have not recieved any product or a refund, its not about the money its just about the principal. What happened to good old fashioned customer service.
