I love the fact that this bra eliminates the "headlights" effect I get with other bras when I work out with weights (not particularly heavy ones at that). When all parts of my chest bulk up during a workout this bra keeps everything under control. Which, for me, is great! If you like your chest being stared at by gym dudes while you're working out this may be a counter-productive product for you... I also really like that this bra hooks in the back.
